Episode 3 - The Squeeze 10/13/02 Written by: Michelle Ashfort Directed by: Jon Avnet Transcript Fighting to convict flashy defense lawyer Robert Colson for the alleged murder of his girlfriend, DDA McNorris uses his relationship with Andrea to put the case on the front page, while Detectives Stevens and Smith lean on his slightly mentally unstable brother in the hopes of rattling a confession. While the homicide strikes an emotional chord with Stevens, he refuses to violate procedure when veteran officer Hechler suggests the planting of evidence to help force a break in the case.
